More about Business Heroes events...

Why should I think more about my sales funnel?

The analogy of a sales funnel works in many ways. The core idea is that in a selling system there are lots of initial contacts that get sorted down into the ones that become customers. So there is lots that go in at the top but everything comes out at the bottom in an orderly way. Ideally, with a real funnel you do not have spillage. In our selling funnel we hope to eliminate some prospects who are not qualified is some way but we do it on purpose. Accidentally having a leaky funnel wastes time and money. We will discuss how to avoid a leaky funnel.

The mission of Business Heroes is:

To help small business owners with the strategy, tools and resources needed to grow the business.

MONTHLY MEETINGS

Each monthly event includes training, sharing, discussions and the kind of community that only comes from face-to-face sharing with entrepreneurial peers.

After our general session from 3:30 to 5:00pm many attendees choose to hang around for networking at 5:00pm. There will be drinks, snacks and some special extra training opportunities too.

OUR MARKETING APPROACH

Two main concepts guide our marketing approach. Direct marketing techniques are designed to create action and interaction with prospects. Engagement and relationship building are key objectives. The second concept is Lifecycle Marketing. Our Lifecycle Marketing Approach focuses on 3 key customer interactions:

When these three elements of Attract, Sell and Wow are systematized and working in a coordinated way you have a sustainable business that is primed for growth.
